Establish a
Consumer Advisory Board, consisting of three current or past ICS consumers,
that reports directly to the ICS Board of Directors. This advisory board would review new policies
and make recommendations at the Board of Directors’ request. |
Discussion to
begin at the Annual Open Board Meeting to be held January 15, 2001. The goal will be to have this Advisory
Board in place by July 1, 2001. |

Develop
a method for systematically including consumers in annual planning and
evaluation processes. Standard #13 |
Utilize
the Consumer Advisory Board to provide input at the annual Board meeting
(held in January each year) related to the agency planning and evaluation
processes.

Director in order to review annual goals (developed during each grant period)
and provide feedback about these goals. |

Director (Human Resources Officer) to review hiring and evaluation guidelines
and provide input into the process. |
