The Interim Board of Directors of AKADMI is proud to introduce Alaska Advocates for the Mentally Ill. We are dedicated to providing a voice for all mental health consumers in the state, empowering mental health consumers, and educating consumers and the public about the broad spectrum of mental health issues.

The AKADMI Interim Board consists of Interim President, Don Roberts; Interim Secretary, Jean Steele; Interim Treasurer, Esther Hopkins. Soon we will be expanding to a full board.

We are providing you with the minutes of our first meeting and would like to assure all parties that we are interested in being actively involved with the AMHB, The Trust, and DMH/DD.
